Our client has a compelling proposition; you bring a compelling track record in generating trusts and foundations income. About the Role As their Senior Grants Partnerships Manager, you'll own a portfolio of up to ten large trusts, foundations and institutional funders at six and seven figure level, deepening existing relationships while opening up new ones across North America, the Gulf States, East Asia, Northern Europe and the UK. Working closely alongside their Programmes and Advocacy colleagues, and sitting within the Programmes team so you're close to the work itself, you'll research and win new donors, shape compelling proposals and steward the relationships that follow. You'll also lead on assigned institutional funding relationships, contribute to their income growth strategy and help position the organisation as the partner of choice for those globally invested in child rights and social care reform. It's a role with real ownership, and your contribution will go straight to what matters most: helping millions of separated children find their way home to family. About You Our client is looking for a Senior Grants Partnerships Manager with a proven track record of securing five, six and seven figure grants from large foundations, trusts and institutional donors. You'll have the ability to write and develop high-quality proposals and manage complex budgets. Your relationship management skills will be exceptional, and you'll know how to convey the organisation's mission compellingly to a wide range of senior audiences. You'll be collaborative and culturally empathetic, comfortable working across teams, and equally at ease leading face-to-face cultivation as you are driving prospect research and pipeline development. Most importantly, you'll share their absolute conviction that every child belongs in a family - and you'll understand that every partnership you build and every proposal you win brings us closer to consigning orphanages to history. About our client Orphanages don't protect children, they harm them. Put simply: the last thing an orphanage can provide is the first thing a child needs - someone to love them. Science shows what we all know, that the bond between a child and their family is vital for their development. Decades of evidence proves that orphanages harm children, subjecting them to high levels of abuse and extreme neglect. Today, over 5.4 million children are confined to orphanages worldwide - and more than 80% of them are not orphans at all. Children always belong in families. They need protection, encouragement, play, laughter and love. They need somewhere to call home and someone to love them. You can help them make this a reality for children. Salary £46,500 - £50,500 per annum, including London weighting where applicable, dependent on experience. Closing Date 17:00 on Friday 11th September 2026 To apply, please upload your CV and a short covering letter telling us why you are interested in working for our client and how your experience, skills and values map to the role. Please contact the organisation if you have any questions. Interviews There will be a two-stage interview process: First round interviews: 22nd or 23rd September Written exercise: 24th or 25th September Final interviews: 29th September Should you require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, please let the organisation know and they will be happy to help. Other Information This post requires the post holder to have, or be able to obtain, the right to work in the UK and may be subject to a DBS check. Inclusion Our client actively encourages diversity, equity and inclusion, and they look to recruit a diverse range of people to reflect the communities in which we live, as they believe this will strengthen their ability to deliver their mission of eliminating orphanages.
