Role: Electrical Project Manager - £90,000 £110,000 + Package The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the electrical packages on a £38m commercial refurbishment. You will be reporting to a Senior PM and have a mechanical counterpart alongside you. You will be managing a team of site managers and engineers. Role/Responsibilities: Take ownership of electrical services delivery on commercial office new-build projects. Manage and coordinate the electrical design process to ensure compliant, practical, and programme-aligned solutions. Oversee budgets, procurement activities, and subcontractor performance, identifying value engineering opportunities where possible. Lead on-site works on a day-to-day basis, coordinating with the main contractor and other trades to maintain progress. Ensure all installations meet UK Building Regulations.
