Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a market-leading wholesaler based in Cardiff.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Warehouse Operatives, Picker Packers, Warehouse Assistants, Order Pickers, Goods In Operatives, Goods Out Operatives, or candidates looking to build a career within warehouse and logistics. Full training is provided, making this an ideal opportunity for motivated individuals looking for long-term, ongoing work with a well-established business.

• £13.75-£14.75 per hour.
• Temporary ongoing opportunity.
• Full-time Monday to Friday working pattern.
• Morning or evening shifts available.
• No weekend working.
• Full training provided.
• Friendly and supportive warehouse team.
• Opportunity to gain valuable warehouse and logistics experience.

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Replenishing stock and carrying out inventory checks.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail.
• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, logistics, or distribution experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

• Monday to Friday: 6am - 2pm.
• Monday to Friday: 11am - 9pm.
