Working closely with manufacturers recognised throughout the industry, the business supports a diverse customer base including M&E contractors, facilities management companies, building controls specialists, OEMs, panel builders and industrial businesses. They are known for combining technical expertise with exceptional customer service and have built an enviable reputation over many years.

The Role

This is a structured graduate opportunity designed to develop you into a successful B2B sales professional. You ll spend time learning every aspect of the business, developing a strong understanding of the products, customers and commercial operations before progressing into a customer-facing sales role with increasing responsibility.

Your training will include:

• Learning the company s products, suppliers and technical solutions
• Developing a broad understanding of the business across sales, operations, logistics and customer support
• Building relationships with existing B2B customers
• Supporting customers with enquiries, quotations and orders
• Developing account management and business development skills
• Working alongside experienced sales professionals and technical specialists
• Progressing into a role focused on generating new business and growing customer accounts

As your knowledge and confidence grow, you ll begin managing your own customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities and building a successful long-term career in professional B2B sales.

About You

We re looking for an ambitious graduate with a positive attitude, commercial curiosity and a genuine desire to build a successful career in B2B sales.

You ll ideally have:

• A degree (any discipline considered)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude
• Confidence speaking with customers
• Strong organisation and willingness to learn
• A full UK driving licence

Previous sales or industry experience isn t required. Your attitude, motivation and potential are far more important than your background.
