What you'll be doing You will play a key role within our Nut Pod preparation area, ensuring ingredients are prepared and handled to the highest quality, food safety, and production standards. Ensure allergen segregation procedures are followed at all times. Supply production lines with the correct materials, ensuring they are scanned accurately and delivered in full and on time. Complete all pre-start checks and associated documentation accurately. Manage stock effectively, including materials approaching expiry, concessions, disposals, and waste. Maintain required standards within chilled storage areas and ingredient preparation zones. Carry out relevant quality and food safety checks, escalating any issues promptly to the Line Coordinator.
