Senior Tax Manager - Private Client 3 days in office Tired of being a small cog in a private equity machine? Come and build something that's actually yours. If you've had enough of consolidator-owned firms chasing short-term margins, endless restructures, and "progression" that never quite materialises, this one's worth a look. A genuinely independent, partner-led accountancy practice, with no private equity, no external investors, and no hidden agenda. Just a well-established, fast-growing Midlands firm that's owned and run by the people who work in it.
