Your Responsibilities Strip and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components on a wide range of vehicles. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults using manufacturer-approved repair methods. Work confidently on hybrid and electric vehicles while following the latest safety procedures. Use modern diagnostic equipment and digital workshop management systems. Interpret repair methods, digital job cards and technical repair information. Support ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) repairs and calibration processes. Ensure all repairs comply with BSI PAS 10125 standards. Collaborate with the wider bodyshop team to maximise efficiency and repair quality. What We're Looking For Previous experience as an MET Technician , Strip Fitter or Mechanical, Electrical & Trim Technician within a busy accident repair centre. Level 3 qualification or recognised apprenticeship (NVQ, IMI, SVQ, ATA or equivalent). Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems, diagnostics and repair methods. Experience working with hybrid and electric vehicles is highly desirable. Knowledge of ADAS systems and calibration procedures would be advantageous. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing work to the highest standard. Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop.
