Location: Gloucester

Salary: £30,(Apply online only)-£32,(Apply online only) per year

Bonus: Targeted monthly bonus - £300 plus 1% above 120% target

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Job Type: Full Time Permanent

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor / Automotive Parts Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle dealership in Gloucester.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive parts, commercial vehicle parts or dealership parts experience looking to join a professional team with good earning potential and career development.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the workshop and customers have the correct parts available when required, whilst delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and supply parts for commercial vehicles
• Serve workshop technicians and retail customers
• Process parts orders and raise invoices
• Check availability, pricing and delivery times
• Source parts from suppliers when required
• Maintain accurate stock levels and records
• Receive, check and store incoming parts
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers
• Deal with customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
• Support the smooth running of the Parts Department
• Identify additional sales opportunities and maximise revenue

Requirements

• Previous Parts Advisor, Parts Sales or Automotive Parts experience preferred
• Commercial vehicle or dealership experience advantageous
• Good knowledge of vehicle parts and components
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good computer and administration skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence preferred

Salary & Bonus

• £30,(Apply online only)-£32,(Apply online only) basic salary
• Targeted monthly bonus scheme
• £300 bonus plus 1% over 120% target when agreed KPIs are achieved
• 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
