The role:

General commercial property operations for a busy multi tenanted building. Staff management, contractor management, client liaison, administration, finance, and a strong focus on sales, driving occupancy and retention revenue.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a property manager within the commercial property sector and a track record of increasing occupancy.
