The Global Sourcing Supply Chain Coordinator Role We re looking for an organised, commercially aware and highly detail-focused Global Sourcing Supply Chain Coordinator to join our specialist luxury packaging team in Gloucester. Working within a busy, fast-paced office environment, you ll provide comprehensive support across our global sourcing and supply chain activities, working closely with colleagues, customers, suppliers and our wider branch network. Liaise with buyers, external customers and suppliers to progress enquiries and ensure requirements are understood and delivered. Convert customer enquiries into requests for quotation and coordinate responses from our UK, European and Chinese supply base. Prepare, process and follow up internal and external customer quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely communication. Coordinate samples, payments and approvals, including reviewing, monitoring and maintaining artwork and CAD information. Process internal and selected external customer orders, updating price lists and production orders as required. Coordinate delivery expectations and communicate updates to internal and external customers. Assist with the resolution of customer and supplier queries, including quality and payment issues. Provide support across wider supply chain activities including purchase orders, container bookings and production schedules. Maintain accurate sales reports, KPIs, contact databases and other commercial information. Support customer visits, exhibitions and activities within our Innovation Lab when required. Provide general administrative and office support to ensure the smooth running of the wider team. What you will bring We re open-minded about your specific industry background. What matters most is that you have a solid commercial office background, strong systems and spreadsheet capability, excellent attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of your workload. You ll ideally bring: At least 2 years experience working within a busy commercial or office-based environment, managing multiple enquiries and competing priorities. Strong administration and organisational skills, with a highly structured and process-oriented approach. Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, including confidence using formulas, VLOOKUPs and PivotTables. Strong general IT literacy and the ability to learn and confidently use new systems and processes. We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Coordinator support the smooth day-to-day running of the business. This role is responsible for managing office administration, compliance, health & safety documentation, client onboarding, financial administration, and operational support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring company records, systems, and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently while supporting both staff and clients professionally. Please note the starting outs would be 7.30am and finishing early each day in Royston due to the nature of the business Key Responsibilities Office Administration and running of the office, making the role your own! Maintain and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice. Manage and update health & safety documentation, including COSHH assessments, RAMS, and Dynamic Risk Assessments (DRAs). Carry out annual employee checks, including HAVS, noise assessments, next of kin details, and personnel records. Renew and maintain company licences, accreditations, and certifications. Prepare and manage employment contracts and staff documentation. Maintain accurate employee records, including holidays, sickness, and absence management. Create and distribute toolbox talks and safety briefings. Operational Support Book and coordinate staff training courses. Schedule works, quotations, and appointments. Write up surveys, quotations, and related documentation. Complete and maintain method statements and operational paperwork. Support office and yard operations both remotely and on-site when required. Client & Customer Management Maintain excellent customer relationships and respond to enquiries professionally. Support business development activities and client approvals. Finance & Systems Administration Raise invoices and manage credit control processes. Chase purchase orders (POs) and follow up outstanding payments. Liaise with accountants regarding financial queries where required. Upload quotes, invoices, and compliance documents onto company systems Pay vehicle tax and manage associated administration for company vehicles. Skills & Experience Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills Good understanding of Health & Safety processes i Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
