Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services
Senior Technical Liability Adjuster
Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services Dartford, Kent
Get the technical autonomy, complex caseload and leadership influence that most senior liability roles promise - but rarely deliver. This role combines complex cradle-to-grave liability adjusting with a genuine step into senior technical leadership. You'll handle high-quality EL, PL and property damage claims across the South East, while also working on specialist exposures including product recall and entertainment liability - work that sits well outside routine casualty portfolios. Because instructions are delivered on an hourly-rate basis, you're trusted to investigate thoroughly, shape strategy and drive outcomes rather than manage claim volume. What this role offers that others don't: - Complex, non-routine liability claims - Specialist and niche exposures - Real technical autonomy - Influence beyond your own caseload - Clear progression toward senior management Your role Operating at Associate Director level, you'll: - Act as a technical referral point for the wider casualty team - Support and develop trainee adjusters - Influence investigation strategy and reporting standards - Help shape the future direction of the liability practice - This creates a practical pathway into broader leadership responsibility over time - not just a larger personal caseload. Who this suits A technically strong liability adjuster who enjoys complex work, shares knowledge naturally, and wants their experience to carry wider influence. Hybrid working across London & the South East. If your current role feels technically solid but increasingly predictable, this is worth a confidential conversation.Interested applicants should apply online or forward their CV's to Craig Dyson at Exchange Street Claims / Job Ref: CD261.
