This is a key leadership role where you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage and supply of materials to production, whilst driving safety, operational excellence, cost savings and continuous improvement across the department. Reporting to the Head of Logistics , you'll lead and develop a skilled multi-disciplinary team operating across shift patterns in a unionised environment, ensuring service levels remain exceptional while supporting the wider business objectives. About the Role As Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of warehouse operations, intake and dispatch yards, recycling activities, pallet and crate management, and off-site storage facilities. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining stock accuracy, supporting production requirements, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
