We're looking for a Trade Supervisor - Repairs to join our growing Onward Repairs team. The purpose of this role is to Support the delivery of property maintenance services in line with all group standards and key performance indicators. Ensuring high standards are consistently met together with observing all legal, statutory and regulatory requirements while undertaking repair activities within customer's homes, empty properties and for other clients as required. A full UK driving license is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Delivery In line with Repairs specification or approved best practice, assess, coordinate and support the undertaking of the most cost effective repair solution delivering value for money. Organising materials, providing detailed information, effectively communicating with customers other stakeholders and colleagues to deliver a high quality service, including carrying out repair work on site as required. Ensure an adequate store of materials are available to operatives, including van based stock.
