No previous insurance experience is required- full training, ongoing coaching and support to achieve industry-recognised qualifications are all provided.

The opportunity:

As an Insurance Advisor, you'll become a trusted adviser to your clients, taking the time to understand their individual needs before recommending tailored insurance solutions. No two conversations are ever the same, making this a rewarding role for someone who enjoys variety, learning and making a genuine difference. This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday and there is a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturdays 9 am-12 pm (time off provided in-lieu).

You will receive comprehensive training from experienced professionals while building a long-term career within one of the UK's most respected insurance businesses.

What you will be doing:

• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understanding individual customer needs through meaningful conversations.
• Providing tailored insurance advice and solutions.
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey.
• Working collaboratively with a supportive and experienced team.
• Developing your technical knowledge through structured training and professional qualifications.

Previous insurance experience isn't essential. If you have experience in sales, customer service, retail, banking, hospitality or another people-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you. An interest in specialist areas such as classic cars, motorcycles, marine, equestrian, campervans, motorhomes, fine art or similar hobbies would be a bonus, as passion often helps build stronger client relationships.
