Job Title: Re-integration Teacher
Location: Glebedale School, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 3AY
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday - Friday
Salary: £39,000 per annum (not pro rata)
Contract: Permanent Term Time Only

About the Role

We're looking for a compassionate, resilient and inspirational Reintegration Teacher to play a vital role in helping pupils reconnect with education and achieve their potential.
This is a unique opportunity to work with pupils in our Bridge Provision, providing tailored support to KS3 and KS4 learners who require an individualised pathway before successfully transitioning back into mainstream school life.
Working closely with our Senior Leadership Team, Clinical Team, families and external professionals, you'll develop personalised reintegration plans that build confidence, improve engagement and support lasting success.

Glebedale School is a special needs school which provides provision for ages 7 years and upwards. We provide a nurturing and welcoming environment to SEMH pupils, and our curriculum has a keen focus on therapy, education and personal development. Our school aims to help pupils grow academically, socially and emotionally to enable them to become capable future citizens.
We provide education to 40 pupils from the Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire and Cheshire areas. At our last Ofsted in July 2025, we were rated "Good".
