Behaviour Support WorkerNewcastle and Gateshead £17-£20 per HourWe are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Behaviour Support Worker to support young people with behavioural, emotional and additional learning needs.
This role focuses on promoting positive behaviours, emotional wellbeing and long-term positive outcomes.
Main Duties- Supporting positive behaviour strategies.
- Encouraging engagement in education and activities.
- Helping young people develop emotional resilience.
- Supporting social skill development.
- Reducing barriers to participation and independence.
- Monitoring and recording progress.
- Encouraging positive decision-making.
