The role has been created as a result of business growth, increasing transformation activity and the need for a trusted senior HR partner to support across EMEA Operations sites and Central Functions. It is seen as a key position within the business with potential succession opportunities longer term. The role combines operational HR business partnering with significant group-wide transformation and HR project work. It is not a traditional site-based HRBP position - it offers broad exposure across Central Functions, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and international operations. The business is undergoing substantial growth and transformation, aiming to double in size over the next seven years. Significant international expansion is planned, including a new manufacturing site in India. Profile To apply for this HR Business Partner / HR Projects EMEA - Manufacturing role, your profile will closely match the following: Significant HR Business Partner experience within a complex, matrixed organisation. Experience supporting supply, manufacturing, engineering, or operational populations across multiple countries, preferably Europe or EMEA. Strong HR project management capability - ideally to include operating models, job architecture, grading frameworks, reward frameworks, compensation framework, pay-for-performance implementation etc. Experience supporting senior stakeholders and leadership teams. Proven experience supporting organisational change and transformation programmes. Exposure to organisation design and talent management methodologies. Strong employee relations experience across multiple jurisdictions. Strong commercial acumen and ability to align people strategies to business priorities. Ability to work independently. Comfortable operating in ambiguity. Strong influencing skills. Someone who delivers outcomes rather than simply creates strategy. Sufficient seniority to operate confidently across multiple sites and functions. CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum; Level 7 preferred) or equivalent.
