  • Inspect products visually and measure them to make sure they meet drawing and specification requirements.
  • Carry out first-off, last-off, incoming material, and final quality inspections.
  • Investigate products that do not meet specifications and report quality issues when required.
  • Maintain company quality standards and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements.
  • Ensure all inspections are completed correctly before products are processed and dispatched to customers.
Quality InspectorEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Well-versed in inspecting a range of metal high-precision components/parts to tight tolerances
  • Operating CMM inspection machines
  • Experience working within a highly regulated environment/industry (aerospace, automotive, nuclear, oil & gas, rail, for example) - Aerospace is perfect, but high precision is fine if not aerospace
  • Confident using dimensional measurement tools such as verniers/callipers, gauges, micrometres, etc
  • Positive attitude, can hit the ground running
