Working closely with a team of specialist Mortgage Brokers, you'll provide high-level administrative support, manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process. What We Offer 27,562 per annum, plus bonus. Monday to Thursday, 9am-5:30pm. Friday, 9am-5pm. Hybrid working after successful completion of a six-month probation, with 3 days office-based and 2 days from home. Free on-site parking. Key Duties Provide proactive administrative support to a team of specialist Mortgage Brokers. Manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion. Liaise with lenders, solicitors, surveyors, estate agents and customers to progress cases. Enter and maintain confidential client information accurately within specialist mortgage CRM systems. Ensure all records are accurate, up to date and compliant. Handle incoming telephone calls and email enquiries professionally. Draft professional correspondence, letters and documentation using Microsoft Office. Welcome office visitors and assist with general office administration. Maintain office supplies and place orders when required. Liaise with the management team regarding case progression and operational updates. Requirements Previous administrative experience is essential. Experience within mortgages, financial services, banking or the property sector is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. High level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing confidential financial information. Professional and discreet approach to handling sensitive information. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience using mortgage CRM or financial services systems is advantageous. Interested?
