Hyde is looking for an Administrator (Repairs & Maintenance) to join our collaborative and values-driven team. Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you'll coordinate appointments, maintain accurate records and help keep repair projects moving smoothly from start to finish. You'll work closely with customers, contractors, surveyors and colleagues across the business to support the delivery of essential property maintenance services.

Key Duties

  • Keep records, trackers and property files up to date.
  • Arrange appointments for inspections, repairs and maintenance work with customers and contractors.
  • Raise and update jobs on Hyde's systems, making sure information is accurate.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, providing a helpful and professional service to customers and colleagues.
  • Help ensure repairs are completed efficiently by keeping information up to date and coordinating communication between customers, contractors and colleagues.
