Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Service Supervisor. The Field Service Supervisor will oversee the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating equipment, supervising field service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing technical challenges, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout all projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise field service projects
  • Supervise field service technicians
  • Compile field service reports
  • Compile daily logs
  • Complete HSEQ documentation, including:
    • WSRAMS
    • WHRA
    • Toolbox Talks
    • HS Inspection form
  • Abide by both customer HSEQ and company rules
  • Liaise with the Field Service Coordinator throughout projects
  • Liaise with the engineering team to discuss field service engineering problems
  • Supervise elements of projects within the workshop
  • Liaise with customers and manage customer expectations alongside the project owner
  • Develop junior field service technicians
  • Attend daily meetings when required

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience working with high-value rotating equipment projects
  • Experience working within a Field Service team
  • Experience leading and working with a variety of field service personnel
  • Experience working with / to API 617 & API 687 standards
  • Full driving licence
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Proactive, positive attitude

Desirable:

  • NVQ Level 3 / accredited apprenticeship / HNC
  • Time-served advanced modern apprenticeship
