Air Export Clerk

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced Air Export Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in Colnbrook.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end air export shipments.
• Preparing and processing customs export declarations.
• Raising and checking HAWBs and MAWBs.
• Liaising with airlines, cargo handling agents, and overseas partners.
• Communicating directly with customers to provide shipment updates and resolve queries.
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with current regulations.
• Coordinating bookings and monitoring shipments through to final departure.
• Assisting on the courier department, booking in jobs and monitoring status while keeping the customer updated

The Ideal Candidate

• Air export freight forwarding is essential.
• Strong knowledge of export customs procedures.
• Experience preparing HAWBs and MAWBs.

Working hours are Monday - Friday
