Master Vehicle Technician

Our client, a well-established independent main dealership near Heathrow, is seeking a skilled Master Technician to join their busy workshop. This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals to work within a reputable and professional environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

Benefits of the Master Technician position include:

• Up to £69,000 basic salary plus performance-based bonus
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am 6:00pm
• One in three Saturdays, 8:30am 1:00pm
• Full qualifications and MOT licence essential
• Opportunity to work within a respected independent main dealership
• £2,500 joining fee

Duties of the Master Technician role with our client:

• Conducting diagnostic work using advanced equipment and methods
• Performing service checks and repairs adhering to manufacturer standards
• Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Maintaining workshop cleanliness and organisation
• Supporting team members and contributing to a professional service environment
• Carrying out additional duties as directed by management

Requirements for the Master Technician position:

• Full UK driving licence
• Minimum Level 3 Automotive Qualification
• MOT licence advantageous
• Proven experience in a similar Master Technician role
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Excellent attitude, motivated to improve knowledge and skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and workshop presentation
