We help people feel better in mind, body and spirit by offering support through our team of cancer support experts (which includes doctors, nutritionists, counsellors and exercise therapists) both online and in person at our National Centre in Pill.
By making our services freely available, our aim is for all people with cancer to be able to access the high-quality support they need.
About the role
We are delighted to be recruiting a Chef on a 37-hour per week contract and are seeking an experienced individual who can work as part of a team as well as independently in our kitchen.
Alongside our client work, the Penny Brohn UK National Centre operates as a hospitality venue, therefore, the successful candidate will be required to prepare a diverse and fresh range of nutritious meals for clients, staff, visitors and commercial guests.

About You
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a calm, supportive environment and can confidently manage kitchen operations when working solo.
Candidates should have proven experience as a Chef in a similar setting with the ability to work independently. They will have a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and experience and knowledge of working with dietary requirements and allergies. Candidates will be available to work flexibly across weekdays, evening and weekends.
