Recruit UK is working with a well-established, FCA-regulated financial planning firm in Yorkshire that is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to take on an established base of existing clients
This is an advice and relationship-led opportunity focused on providing genuinely good, suitable advice and building trusted, long-term client relationships and you will be relieved to know, this isn't a high-pressure sales role
The opportunity:
You will step into a warm, established client bank rather than building a portfolio from scratch, giving you the time and support to look after clients properly over the long term
You will have the backing of an experienced in-house team of paraplanners and administrators who handle research, report drafting and case processing, allowing you to concentrate on your clients and the advice you provide
The business has a strong focus on suitability, Consumer Duty and delivering excellent client outcomes, with file quality and professional standards taken seriously

What we are looking for:
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent essential
- Current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
- Proven track record advising retail clients across pensions, investments, protection, bonds and trusts
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Genuine client-first and compliance-focused approach
- Someone who wants to build long-term client relationships and deliver high-quality advice
