Location: Wimborne

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (47.5 hours per week)

Own transport required

We are currently recruiting for a Recycling Operative to join a busy waste management site in Wimborne. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a hands-on role with opportunities to develop skills in machinery operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a baler machine (full training provided)
• General site maintenance and cleaning
• Supporting daily yard duties
• Assisting with plant operations and waste processing

Training & Development

Full training will be provided for:

• Baler machine operation

Additional training opportunities available over time:

• Forklift
• 360 Excavator
• Slew machinery

• Reliable and hardworking team player
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
• Willing to work outdoors in a waste site environment
• Keen to learn and operate heavy machinery
• Flexible and proactive approach to tasks
