Stay updated with latest database technologies and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role. Proficiency in database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc. Strong knowledge of database security, backup and recovery, and performance tuning.
