The Director of People & Culture role:
Part of the People & Culture team, the Director of People & Culture is a pivotal role for driving innovation at Migrant Help. You will be responsible for delivering strategic plans and the provision of strong strategic and operational leadership to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the full range of services within the People and Culture team will be a dynamic, results-driven leader, with a passion for making a difference, ensuring these functions support the achievement of the strategic goals of Migrant Help and its subsidiary.
