Development Opportunity - Demand Planning For the right candidate, this position offers the potential to progress into a Demand Planner / Service Centre Planner role within a manufacturing and operational environment. With training and guidance, you will have the opportunity to develop skills in: Forward planning and scheduling. Understanding demand and operational requirements. Capacity and resource planning. Workforce and workload management. Stock, fleet and asset utilisation. Monitoring planning performance and identifying variances. Working with planning systems and data. Coordinating across operations, transport, supply chain and other stakeholders. Identifying operational risks and supporting contingency planning. Continuous improvement and planning process development. About You We are specifically looking for a candidate with: Significant administrative experience within an operational environment. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. The ability and potential to progress into a Demand Planner role within a manufacturing environment. Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and fast-paced operational workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong data accuracy and information management skills. Good Microsoft Excel and general IT skills. The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines. A methodical and process-driven approach. A willingness to learn and develop within planning and operational functions. Previous experience within manufacturing, construction, logistics, production or a similar operational environment would be advantageous.
