You'll be involved in: -Processing new starters, leavers, transfers, promotions and secondments -Completing right to work checks and auditing new starter paperwork -Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records -Updating training and HR systems -Coordinating medicals, probation reminders and reference requests -Supporting with employee communications and HR documentation -Sending and collating DSE assessments and exit questionnaires -Answering HR queries and escalating where appropriate -Providing general HR administration support to the wider team About you We're looking for someone who is: -Experienced in HR administration or general administration -Highly organised with great attention to detail -Comfortable handling confidential information -A confident communicator, both written and verbally -Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook -Able to work independently but enjoys being part of a team -Ideally has some knowledge of HR systems or is keen to learn What's on offer? - 27,000 salary -5 days a week office-based -Immediate start available -Opportunity to build your HR experience -Exposure to a broad range of HR processes -Supportive HR team environment Interested?
