My client is looking for an Project Officer to join them on an initial 12-month basis. As the Project Officer you be supporting the Project Manager's and Project Team's in the co-ordination, planning and control of projects. Role: Project Officer Pay: 28 - 30 per hour via Umbrella Location: Bolton Contract: 12 Months Hours: Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week Security Clearance: BPSS to start, SC whilst in post Responsibilities: Maintenance and regular reporting of project Key Performance Indicators. Act as an interface within Manufacturing to help ensure programme delivery, quality and cost. Provide, understand and present information at internal reviews and meetings. Assist the team with Risk and Opportunity management. Assist in the compilation of Manufacturing estimates and Cost at Completions. Assist in the compilation and analysis of workload forecast. Compilation and maintenance of project programmes and schedules. Maintain and improve the interface with internal customers and external departments. Skillset/experience required: At least 2 years of project support experience, ideally in an engineering or manufacturing environment. A clear, strong and effective communicator.
