Mainframe Storage Engineer

We have a new requirement for a Mainframe Storage Engineer to work for a client of ours.

Full remote working and market rates.

Initial duration circa 6 months.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in z/OS Storage Management (DASD, SMS, HSM)
Knowledge of DFSMS, DFSMSdss, DFHSM, IDCAMS
Experience with storage replication, backup/recovery tools
Familiarity with tape management systems and virtual tape libraries (VTL)
Basic understanding of z/OS system, JCL, and batch processing
