2 x SC Cleared Cyber Security Network Engineers

The Role:

Due to an increase in workload, the client is urgently looking for two Cyber Security Engineers to join their team who hold active SC Clearance.

This is a hybrid role and can be based out of one of the following hubs: Brighton, Cardiff, Ipswich, Liverpool, Nottingham, or South Tyneside.

Requirements:

• Implement, configure, and manage Palo Alto Networks XSIAM platform to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Develop and maintain security policies, rules, and configurations to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
• Integrate XSIAM with other security tools and information systems to automate security operations and workflows.
• Conduct continuous monitoring and analysis of security alerts and incidents to identify trends and potential threats.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to share threat intelligence and improve overall security awareness.
• Provide technical support and guidance on cybersecurity matters to IT and business units
• Prepare and present reports on security incidents, trends, and the overall effectiveness of security measures to senior management. These resources supplement existing resources within the MIP and SOC teams.

This is an urgent role, and interviews will be scheduled ASAP.

Please note an extension is highly likely to be offered.

The role has been determined as being inside IR35.
