Cleaner - Temp to Perm - Kettering (NN15)

Pay: 14.24 per hour (inclusive of 1.53 holiday pay)

Shift pattern: Monday - Thursday 7am - 5pm

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Cleaner to join our team for temp to perm opportunity in Kettering. Please note, this position will take place in a food manufacturing environment.

In this role, your responsibilities may include:

• Perform industrial cleaning within a food manufacturing environment, ensuring full compliance with food industry hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene across all production and operational areas.
• Carry out a wide range of industrial cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning of production equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Safely operate industrial cleaning equipment and work in challenging environments, including at height and in confined spaces, while handling approved cleaning chemicals in accordance with health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience working as a Cleaner in an industrial or food manufacturing setting.
• Must be 18 or over and have the right to work in the UK.
• Must be able to commit to the shift pattern above on a long term basis.
• Must have a hi-vis vest and safety boots for this position.
• Team player.
• Great communication skills.
