Support holiday, sickness and statutory pay administration. Assist with onboarding and general employee administration. Ensure HR records remain accurate and confidential. Executive & Customer Support Provide administrative support to the Managing Director. Prepare quotations, correspondence and business documentation. Coordinate funeral administration and customer communications where required. Support marketing and advertising activities. Assist with special projects and other business initiatives. Finance & Accounts Manage sales and purchase ledgers using Sage. Prepare customer invoices and sales accounts. Process supplier payments and maintain payment schedules. Complete VAT returns and banking reconciliations. Maintain petty cash records. Process weekly payroll and associated PAYE and NIC reconciliations. Manage subcontractor payment records and tax documentation. Monitor outstanding accounts and undertake credit control activities. Provide cost information and support project costing processes.
