Customer Service Administrator

Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a number of Local Offices, for varied Customer Support roles.

In these roles, you'll support busy operations, providing customer support from booking engineers, to sales support, marketing and complaint handling.

These are fantastic opportunities for any individual looking for varied roles in customer support, moving away from pure telephony work, into more varied administration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide telephone and web-based customer support, providing customers with order updates, stock availability, and product and service advice.
• Update in-house CRM systems with client information, updating on personal details and order/enquiry history.
• Manage company schedules, from engineer support to deliveries of goods.

Requirements:

• Previous experience across customer support, with excellent communication skills,
• Ability to think on your feet, and work on your own initiative.
• Support marketing operations, through content creation and product write-ups.
• Strong administration skills, with great attention to detail.

Hours: 8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday

Salary: up to 29,000 depending on experience
