Customer Service Co-ordinator

Just Temps is currently looking for an experienced, flexible and motivated Customer Service Co-ordinator to join a well-established manufacturer based in Sudbury, Suffolk, working on a long-term temporary basis with an immediate start.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration experience who enjoys working in a busy and varied office environment.

About the Role

This is a busy and varied office-based position where you will be responsible for managing customer care and warranty service requests on behalf of the company's clients. You will work closely with customers, clients, service engineers and internal colleagues to ensure reported issues. This is a full-time role, working Monday Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm, with a starting pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

Key Duties

• Receiving and actioning customer service requests from clients
• Accurately logging service requests onto the CRM system, ensuring all relevant information is recorded
• Contacting clients and customers to arrange appointments
• Managing and updating customer portals with accurate progress updates on outstanding service calls
• Maintaining and updating the Excel-based service diary to effectively manage appointments and workloads
• Ordering and actioning products and materials required to complete service works
• Monitoring incomplete and outstanding service calls
• Arranging follow-up appointments where required
• Liaising with customers, clients, engineers and internal departments throughout the service process
• Supporting the wider team with general administration duties when required

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience within a busy office environment is essential
• Previous administration or customer service co-ordination experience would be advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Confident using CRM systems and customer portals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow customer enquiries through to completion
