Self-Employed Plumber/Heating Engineer

Our client is a main contractor who is currently developing a major new warehouse facility near Malmesbury. They have an immediate requirement for an experienced self-employed plumber / heating engineer until January 2027. The scheme is the 2nd phase of a larger development and once complete there will be the potential for 12 additional months of work. The site is exceptionally well managed and there is a great working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing and heating installations across a variety of projects
• Complete planned maintenance and repair work
• Undertake fault finding and troubleshooting activities
• Work from drawings, plans and project specifications
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations and site safety requirements
• Collaborate with site managers, contractors and other trades
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Plumber and/or Heating Engineer
• Own tools and transportation required
• Valid CSCS Card (minimum basic card required)
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Willingness to assist with additional site tasks when required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Professional, reliable and safety-conscious approach
