What You'll Do:

• Develop new business relationships through strategic calling, client visits, and networking
• Manage and grow existing client partnerships
• Maintain our comprehensive in-house database and payroll systems
• Source and build a robust database of quality candidates
• Oversee temporary workers on client assignments
• Contribute to our results-driven sales team's continued success
• Provide exceptional out-of-hours client support as part of our customer-focused approach
