Your new role We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Associate GP Surveyor to lead our Carlisle office. The successful candidate will focus primarily on loan security valuations, with additional responsibilities in agency and property management. Key Responsibilities Undertake Red Book valuations for secured lending purposes across a range of commercial properties. Currently recruiting a Design Manager who will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the sufficiency of design and quality control documentation for a variety of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) sites across Europe.
