Known for delivering innovative design solutions, they are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team and support their continued success. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates, feasibility studies, and establish budgets for proposed projects. Develop tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities, and manage procurement processes. Monitor project expenditure and ensure adherence to budgets, providing financial progress reports. Value completed work, arrange payments, and manage interim valuations and final accounts. Identify potential risks, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and develop mitigation strategies.
