The role You will be the leader of the team, ensuring that every aspect of the practice is running efficiently - from patient care and team development to sales performance and stock control. You will manage a skilled team of dispensers, Optical Assistants, and front-of-house staff while working closely with senior management to ensure the practice thrives.
