There is a range of experience areas which would be considered for this role including PLCs, industrial networking, HMI, SCADA, Process Control, Robotics, CNC and Drives. Candidates should ideally have previous formal training experience , preferably customer training in an industrial environment, and enthusiasm and ability to deliver quality training solutions to customers. The successful applicant will display a high level of self-motivation and be willing to both use initiative and accept responsibility. Other aspects of the role require a certain commercial awareness and a passion for developing and maximising business opportunities. Experience in skills analysis would also be useful as part of this role involves liaison with our customers when proposing appropriate training solutions.
