Plumbing and straightening corners, angles, wall and ceiling surfaces as well as creating decorative textures in finishing coats. Measuring, marking and cutting plasterboard, lifting and positioning panels, and securing them to walls, ceilings and battens. Covering joins and nail holes with wet plaster and sealing compounds, smoothing them using wet brushes and sand paper. Mixing and applying coats of plaster, cement and render to structures using trowels, and levelling and smoothing coats to uniform thickness. We are seeking an experienced Damp, Mould & Roofing Technician in our Newbury, Thatcham and Reading area to deliver high-quality remediation and roofing works across residential and/or commercial properties. The role involves diagnosing and resolving damp and mould issues, carrying out mould treatments, undertaking roofing repairs, and completing associated painting and finishing works. You will be responsible for ensuring all tasks are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards and target deadlines. We're looking for an exceptional fire safety leader to act as SNG's Landlord's Responsible Person, providing expert leadership, assurance and direction across our portfolio. This is a significant opportunity to influence organisational strategy, oversee critical fire safety programmes and ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative obligations, while championing a culture of continuous improvement and resident safety.
