What You'll Do:As an Export Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth shipping processes and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing warehouse cargo receipts and accurately entering shipment information into our internal database.
• Liaising with the warehouse to resolve cargo queries and follow up on expected arrivals.
• Communicating with customers to collect essential shipping documents ahead of goods loading.
• Ensuring all file data is precise and up-to-date before handing over for invoicing.

In addition to these essential tasks, you may also:

• Arrange collections via our transport department or pallet network.
• Assist with rating and invoicing processes.
• Liaise with shipping lines regarding container bookings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in shipping and receiving
• Familiarity with container loading/planning is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams; a good understanding of Excel is a plus.
