Your New RoleAs a Preconstruction Estimator, you will play a key role in the early stages of project development, supporting the commercial and technical teams with accurate cost planning and feasibility assessments. Drawing on your Quantity Surveying background, you'll be responsible for:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for new build social housing schemes
• Supporting land acquisition and bid submissions with robust financial analysis
• Liaising with design, planning, and commercial teams to ensure cost-effective solutions
• Identifying risks and opportunities during pre-construction phases
• Contributing to value engineering and procurement strategies

3. What You Will Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• A solid background in Quantity Surveying, ideally within residential or social housing
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen
• Experience in pre-construction or estimating roles
