37 hours per week 3-month contract Shifts include days, nights & weekendsAbout the Children We Support: Children attending JGS may have: - Severe learning disabilities
- Autism, ADHD, or dual diagnoses
- Mild physical disabilities and complex behaviours associated with their conditions

6-bed short breaks service located in a quiet residential area of Northampton, specially designed to meet the complex needs of children and young people.
Facilities include: - Sensory room & soft play area

- Enclosed garden and outdoor play areas
- Kitchen & dining spaces for independence & socialising
- Minibus for off-site activities
Your Role as a Residential Support Worker: - Deliver safe, person-centred care within a structured environment
- Support with personal care, daily routines, and social development
- Promote independence, inclusion, and positive relationships
- Engage children in fun, meaningful activities on-site and in the community
- Work flexibly across a rota covering days, nights, and weekends
What We're Looking For: - Experience or strong interest in supporting children with complex needs
- A caring, patient, and resilient approach
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy residential setting
