Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking for your next contract within the public sector? We're working with a proactive Local Council in Warwickshire seeking a skilled professional to support a range of property-related workstreams.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting Pre-Planned Inspections across the council's property portfolio
- Managing and delivering Aids and Adaptations projects
- Supporting various contractual and compliance-based workstreams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building surveying within a local authority or similar environment
- Strong understanding of housing adaptations and property inspections
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
