Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated individual with the ability to speak Arabic to work within Europe's most exciting outlet village, in their Guest Services team. You will be required to provide a flagship standard of service to customers, maintaining the outstanding reputation of the business.

The key responsibilities of a Guest Services Assistant will be:

  • Welcoming guests at varying locations within the destination.
  • Continuously promote and advocate all functions, add on services and Brands through knowledgeable customer service.
  • Take responsibility for resolving any customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, in line with company procedure.
  • Communicating all procedures and policies where appropriate to ensure customers complete satisfaction at every opportunity.
  • Anticipate the needs and requirements of guests while providing efficient solutions and information.
  • Maintain knowledge of the current promotions/offers within the brands.

Personal Attributes of the Guest Services Assistant:

  • Have proven experience working with the public within a luxury hospitality or tourism environment with solid understanding of the tourism, luxury retail or hospitality sector, and the necessity to provide a world class customer service.
  • Show ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and use own initiative.
  • Be flexible in working hours and available to work weekends and evenings as required.
  • Ideally have experience of dealing with international guests or customers.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be IT literate in all Microsoft packages.
  • Able to speak Arabic.
