Job Description
Our Blue Chip Consultancy client require a Benefits Analyst (HR) ideally with Financial Services background & Workday. The contract will be initially 3 months but with likely extensions, this role will need to be via an Umbrella company
Will require the following experience:
- HR generalist
- Workday experience (heavily desirable)
- Benefits delivery - experience delivering benefits/applying operational benefits (not just data entry)
- Testing
Additional skills include the following:
- Some pension experience would be helpful
- Ability to quickly understand complex processes
- Experience of providing Operational Support
- Testing methodology
- Strong Analytical Skills and data management
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Able to collaborate with relevant stakeholders and interpret policy to identify a solution to complex queries
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate to people at all levels both written and verbal
- Advanced user of Microsoft applications
